a) Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
- 7 days or more before the trip:
80% refund of the total booking amount - 3 to 6 days before the trip:
50% refund of the total booking amount - Less than 72 hours before the trip:
No refund - No Show:
No refund will be provided
b) Cancellation by Camping Rishikesh
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- Full refund OR
- Option to reschedule the trip
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Any transaction or gateway charges may be deducted
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 5 days before the trip
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer
4. Partial Payments
- Advance payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 72 hours
- Remaining balance must be paid before check-in or as per booking terms
5. Special Conditions
- In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided
- No refund for unused services (meals, activities, transport, etc.)
- Group bookings may have separate cancellation policies
6. Force Majeure
Camping Rishikesh is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:
- Natural calamities
- Pandemics
- Political unrest
- Roadblocks or transport issues
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
